The Palisades at Broadmoor Park Independent Living is just that — Independent Living. We are here to support our residents in their life by offering a wide variety of amenities to help them stay independent as long as possible. In addition to our extensive activities programming, Aspen Wellness Center offering, great staff and beautiful facility, our residents enjoy these added benefits.
- Nurse Practitioners are available on site by appointment
- A Wellness Check is performed every 6 months to monitor health
- Senior Fitness Specialist to design personalized strength and fitness programs based on individual goals and abilities
- 365 meals a year (10 per month for cottages and patio homes) that can be used any way a resident wishes; a roll over plan ensures th best use of resident meals
- Three meals offered daily, prepared by our culinary team; a special diet can be accommodated as needed
- Fine dining and a private dining room is available for all occasions
- Scheduled transportation to appointments and for scheduled outings
- A variety of activities available to meet residents’ individual interests
- All utilities included in our apartment homes (cottages and patio homes are metered separately)
- Basic cable, local telephone with 30 minutes of long distance and voice mail, and high speed internet/intranet included
- Weekly housekeeping with flat linen service
- Spacious bathroom with roll in shower and heated floor in the master baths
