Shannon Rogers received her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado in 1996. She came to Dunn and Associates with a background in sales. Shannon was hired in 2005 by Dunn and Associates, Inc. as a property manager for the Signature at Promontory Pointe, an independent living community. This is where she learned she had a passion for the senior community. She is very active in the community and currently sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the Apartment Association, heads up the kickoff committee for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk, runs the membership committee for the Senior Resource Council, and sits on the YOT Club Committee. Shannon feels privileged to be a part of the Palisades project and looks forward to improving the lives of seniors. Shannon has two little girls, Maycie 4 and Kallie 2, and a wonderful husband, Sundance (yes, that’s his real name). In her free time, Shannon enjoys playing softball, cooking, and spending time with her family.
