Ryan Dunn was raised in Colorado Springs and currently resides in Denver. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996 with a degree in History. His background has been in sales and retail management and includes working for Nordstrom for over four years as a buyer and manager for nine stores as well as employment with Kenneth Cole as a territory manager for stores in seven states, both along the east coast. Ryan began working for Dunn and Associates in December of 2001, which led to his involvement with the development of the Palisades at Broadmoor Park. During his time with Dunn and Associates, Ryan has managed The Signature at Promontory Pointe and Fillmore Crossing, both apartment communities in Colorado Springs. He has also managed the 899 Logan Building, Bear Valley West Office Complex, Sherman Gardens Office Building, and Interstate Business Park in Denver. Additionally, he was involved in the pre-development of Pikes Peak Plaza. Ryan enjoys spending his free time playing ice hockey, hiking, camping, and upland and waterfowl hunting. He is also a volunteer for Ducks Unlimited. He is married to a wonderful wife, Dawn, and they have one son, Lucas.
