For almost 30 years Jeff Dunn, President of Dunn & Associates, has been a leader and a visionary in senior housing in the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition to building the first stand-alone assisted living facility in Colorado, he also has built continuum of care retirement communities and independent living apartments over the past twenty years. Jeff's unique ability to bring cutting edge technology with the highest level of individual care has made him one of the leaders in the industry. Along with senior living he has also developed, owned, and managed several commercial complexes. He has been active in giving back to the local community for many years serving on the Goodwill and Pikes Peak Hospice Board of Directors and District 12 bond election committee as well as Blue Ribbon Panel. Over the years, Jeff has brought on his son Ryan and son-in-law Toby to continue to implement his vision for the future. Jeff enjoys spending his free time with Cindy, his wife of over 40 years, and their four grown children. One of his favorite pastimes is playing golf, second only to spending quality time with his four grandsons.
