Toby Gannett

Toby Gannett is one of the three principal developers of The Palisades at Broadmoor Park and is a Vice President of Dunn & Associates. Not only has Toby been an integral part of the development of The Palisades but he will remain on-site as the Executive Director. He has worked in the design, development, and management of senior housing and commercial properties since 2000 where he has taken on challenging projects in each of those fields. Prior to that, he taught History and Philosophy from 1996 until 2000 for the Colorado Springs School. Toby received his BA in both History and Philosophy with a minor in Ancient studies from Colorado College in 1996. He received his Certificate in Gerontology from UCCS in the spring of 2007 and will complete his Certified Commercial Investment Member in real estate licensure in 2008. Toby is married and has three sons who keep him very busy. In his “free time” he enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing and/or watching hockey.
