Sam Taylor

Sam Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2003. He has a strong background in retail management and facilities and grounds maintenance. He started with Dunn & Associates in 2004 in maintenance and quickly rose to Property Director for the Fillmore Crossing Apartments and Efficiencies. It was there he discovered the joy in providing great people a great place to live. With the encouragement of Dunn & Associates he began further education and received his Certificate in Gerontology from UCCS in the spring of 2007. He is excited and honored to be a part of The Palisades at Broadmoor Park. In his spare time he enjoys camping, hiking, upland and big game hunting, watching Colorado College hockey and CU football. As the son of a combat veteran he is active in the 5th Battalion 60th Infantry Regiment Association and Bandido Charlie Association and has deep respect for all veterans.

Sam is the Facilities Director where he is proud to be a part of the team that keeps the Palisades running smoothly including maintenance, housekeeping, Independent Living front desk administration and accounts receivable. And pretty much whatever needs done!
