Ivan Sisneros

Ivan is certified Dietary Manager through the Auburn University in Alabama. He and his team have competed in a local Chef Competition at the Broadmoor and have won a Peoples Choice award. He and his team enjoy the Chef competitions that Colorado Springs sponsors. He has been in the food service industry for 20 years, including Fine Dining and Health Care.

Day to day, Ivan assures that excellent, quality food is prepared for each resident. He pays close attention to the nutritional value of the meals in order to keep the residents healthy. Ivan plans all of the menus, keeping the residents likes and dislikes in mind. He meets with the residents on a monthly basis to plan his future menus.
