Hayley Gravette grew up right here in the Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs. Upon graduating from Cheyenne Mountain High School she traveled across the country to attend college at Elon University in North Carolina. Hayley received her bachelor's degree in Religious Studies with minors in International Relations and Human Services. Following graduation she went on to The University of Michigan where she completed her Masters degree in Social Work in 2007. Having volunteered with hospice throughout her undergraduate career, she knew that she wanted to work with older adults and focused in Gerontology in her master's program. It was not until she worked in an Adult Day Program, Silver Club, for older adults with dementia, that she realized her interest in Dementia and Alzheimer's care. During her time in Ann Arbor Hayley also worked for the Alzheimer's Association Greater Michigan Chapter in Detroit. She loves her position as Associate Executive Director. Hayley is especially excited about spending time with residents and their families. In her free time, Hayley enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She is thrilled about being back home in Colorado Springs and close to the mountains again!
