Erica Gioga

Erica Gioga grew up in Colorado Springs. She had always wanted to raise her children here and returned from Telluride, CO in 2003 to settle down, get married and have a baby boy. Her son, Gage (an honorary Palisades employee), is featured with residents in ads and on a billboard. You can often find Gage and Erica riding the elevators, playing ball in Connections for Living, riding on walkers or high fiving the residents.
Erica has worked with the Dunn family since 2006. She started at The Palisades as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In June of 2011 she transitioned into the Assisted Living Director position. Her primary job responsibilities include overseeing staff and care in both Assisted Living and Connections for Living. The best part of her new job is the daily interactions she is able to have with the all the incredible residents. She believes deeply in The Palisades project and the Dunn family values. She earned her certification in gerontology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) in 2010.
