Service Plans
The Palisades at Broadmoor Park Assisted Living offers 3 levels of care to accommodate the needs of our residents. We are able to adjust the care level to enable our residents to pay for only what they need. In addition to our extensive activities programming, Aspen Wellness Center offerings, great staff and beautiful facility, our residents will enjoy these Catered Living Basic Services:
- Medication administration for up to 3 meds/up to 3 times per day
- Additional medication service is available for an additional charge
- Nurse on staff to monitor our residents’ medical needs and coordinate with the primary care physicians
- Nurse Practitioners available by appointment on site
- Resident Care Manager to coordinate with residents, staff and family
- Professionally trained, compassionate caregivers on site 24 hours a day
- Caregivers attend weekly in-service training
- Three meals offered daily, prepared by our culinary team. A special diet can be accommodated as needed
- Fine dining on each floor; a private dining room is available for all occasions and a private kitchen for family gatherings where the resident and family may cook a meal
- Reminders for meals, appointments, social and physical activities
- Scheduled transportation to appointments and for scheduled outings
- Wheelchair accessible
- A variety of activities available to meet residents’ individual interests
- Above average staff to resident ratio
- All utilities included as well as basic cable, telephone and internet
- Weekly laundering of resident-provided linens and 2 loads of personal laundry
- Weekly housekeeping with daily light cleaning
- Spacious bathroom with roll-in shower and flexible shower head
- Therapeutic spa with soaking tub

Gold Care Plan – $550/month
(includes Catered Living Basic Services)
- Stand-by assistance and cueing provided for up to 3 activities of daily living (ADL’s)
- ADL's include bathing, dressing, walking, grooming, one person transfers and toileting
- Additional ADL’s are available for an additional charge
- Minimal physical assistance during mealtimes
- Provide additional verbal reminders, re-directing and escorting
Platinum Care Plan – $975/month
(includes Catered Living Basic Services)
- Physical assistance with up to 3 activities of daily living (ADL’s)
- ADL’s include bathing, dressing, walking, grooming, one person transfers and toileting
- Additional ADL’s are available for an additional charge
- Physical assistance during mealtimes
- Management of continence program as needed
- Subject to an additional charge
- Management of behavioral and cognitive difficulties
- Subject to an additional charge
One-on-One Companionship or Assistance is available for residents wanting additional help with all aspects of their personal life, such as writing letters, being escorted to different functions or just organizing the closet.
Additional Medication Administration
Prices include: safe storage and administration of all medication, coordination with primary care physician and re-ordering medications when needed. *
4 to 8 Meds/ up to 3 times daily – $225.00/month
9 to 14 Meds/ up to 3 times daily – $285.00/month
15+ Meds/ up to 3 times daily – $345.00/month
