Our Mission

The Palisades is a locally owned, family run community. We know our residents and can support their individual needs and interests. With 120 units campus wide, we are small enough to know everyone's name yet large enough to give residents space.

Our Partnership with the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs

Our innovative collaboration with faculty and students from the nationally prominent UCCS Gerontology Center allows residents to access cutting-edge knowledge from the fields of health, psychology, and sports science.

• The Aspen Wellness Center promotes mental and physical fitness through classes, discussion groups, outings, clubs and service opportunities
• Health Clinic staffed by Certified Nurse Practitioners from Beth-El College of Nursing to provide convenient access to health and wellness care
• Fitness for Life, providing a comprehensive approach to maintaining physical fitness and independence by improving strength, conditioning, balance and flexibility — all while having fun!
